Event Setups – Turning Your Celebrations Into Beautiful Memories

Every celebration has a story, and the right décor is what brings that story to life. At Event Setups, we design and set up decorations that match your occasion, your theme and your budget. A quick room surprise, a themed kids’ party or a full wedding function: our team handles the planning, the setup and the cleanup, so you can spend the day with your guests.

Our decorators work in homes, banquet halls, terraces, hotels, offices and outdoor venues. Every setup is planned around your space, colour preferences and guest count. You pick the design and share the date. Our team arrives on time and completes the setup before your guests walk in.

Our Decoration Services – Designed Around Your Occasion

We offer a wide range of decoration and event services under one roof. Each service can be customised, so your celebration feels personal and not like a copy of someone else’s party.

Birthday Decorations

A birthday is the one day in the year that belongs to one person, and the décor should feel just as special. Our birthday decorations range from a simple birthday decoration for a small family gathering to birthday canopy, ring decoration, and neon and sequin setups for a bigger party. Planning a surprise? Our birthday room decoration and car boot decoration are perfect for a moment your loved one won’t forget. For parties under the open sky, our terrace decoration creates a dreamy evening setup with lights and balloons.

Kids Birthday Theme Decorations

Children remember their birthday parties for years, and the theme is usually what they talk about most. We offer a big collection of kids birthday theme decorations with themed backdrops, balloon arches, cutouts, table setups and props. Choose from our boy’s theme decorations, including jungle, space, cars and superhero themes, or our girl’s theme decorations, including princess, unicorn, rainbow and fairy themes. We can also add cartoon mascots, games and fun food stalls to complete the party.

Anniversary Decorations

Whether it is your first year together or your fiftieth, an anniversary deserves a setup that celebrates the journey. We design anniversary decorations for every milestone, including 1st anniversary, 25th silver jubilee and 50th golden jubilee celebrations. For couples who want something private and romantic, we offer romantic room decoration, anniversary cabana decoration and canopy decoration with candles, fairy lights, rose petals and heart balloons.

Baby Shower & Newborn Celebrations

The arrival of a baby is one of the happiest moments for any family. We create soft pastel and floral setups for baby shower decorations, along with warm and cheerful newborn welcome decorations at home or at the hospital. We also decorate for traditional ceremonies like the naming ceremony and annaprashan, blending modern balloon work with traditional flowers and backdrops.

Wedding & Pre-Wedding Decorations

Indian weddings are full of rituals, and every function has its own mood. Our wedding services cover the full journey, starting with the roka ceremony, ring ceremony and engagement decoration. For the colourful pre-wedding days, we set up bright haldi ceremony and mehndi function décor with marigolds, drapes and photo corners. We also handle bachelorette parties, bride welcome, wedding car decoration and first night decoration. Planning something bigger? Surprise Proposal Decoration

Planning to pop the question? Our surprise proposal decoration creates a romantic setting with lights, flowers and personalised signage, so the moment feels perfect from the very first look.

Special Occasion Decorations

Some days call for a small but meaningful celebration. We design special occasion decorations for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Republic Day and Independence Day. Moving into a new home? Our house warming decoration uses fresh flowers, torans and traditional elements to welcome positivity into your new space.

Festive Decorations

Festivals are about togetherness, light and colour. Our festive decorations bring that spirit to your home, society or office. We create setups for Diwali, Navratri, Holi, Lohri, Christmas and New Year, with diyas, flower rangolis, lighting, photo booths and themed props.

Games, Rides & Party Entertainment

A great party is about more than décor. Keep guests of every age entertained with our games & activities, fun rides, bouncy castles, cartoon mascots and event artists such as magicians, tattoo artists and anchors. For summer parties, we offer water pools, rain dance, water bouncy, foam machines and complete pool party planning.

Kids Eatables & Food Stalls

Kids love party treats as much as games. Add a popcorn machine, candy floss machine, chocolate fountain, sweet corn machine, or desi favourites like chuski gola, kulfi, pani puri and bhel puri stalls.

Balloon Bouquets & Gifts

Can’t be there in person? Send a smile with our balloon bouquets and gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and new arrivals. These make a thoughtful surprise for friends and family.
